The short version. We collect the details you give us so we can talk to you about your business. We do not sell them, share them, or use them for anything else. Ask us to delete them and we will.
AIDA is built and run by Sparkup Sdn Bhd. For anything in this policy, write to events@sparkup-asia.com.
You give us: your name, your company, your industry, your work email and your phone number.
We also record automatically: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, your browser type, and the date and time you signed up.
We use these for one thing — to contact you about your own business, to work out whether automation would help you, and to keep the order we speak to people in.
They are stored in a private spreadsheet and in AIDA’s own records. Nobody outside Sparkup sees them.
If you become a customer, AIDA holds the account details you give us and connects to the systems you choose to link, such as your accounting software. It reads what it needs to do the job you asked it to do, and writes only what you have authorised. We keep basic technical logs so we can fix things when they break.
AIDA’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We read only what is needed to do the job you asked for, we write only what you have authorised, and we never transfer that data to anyone else or use it for advertising.
We never sell or rent your details. We never pass them to advertisers or data brokers. We never send you marketing you did not ask for. This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
Until you ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose above — whichever comes first.
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or have it deleted. Email events@sparkup-asia.com and we will respond within 14 days.
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
